IPCC co-chair: "The next few years are probably the most important in our history"
The global community decided three years ago that the world's temperature must not increase by more than 2 degrees Celsius – and preferably by no more than 1.5 degrees. A new UN climate reports concludes that this is still a possibility, but it will require haste — a lot of haste.
