US Senate passes proposal which could paralyze wind industry

The provision in the US Senate's proposal for an extensive tax reform, which has incited fear and uncertainty throughout the wind industry, was included in the passed wording of the legislative proposal.

German wind prices rise by one fifth

After dramatic price decreases and major criticism of German onshore wind auctions, the average price saw a significant boost in the first auction since the provisional tightening of the rules for citizen projects. Solar power is thus cheaper than wind.
