Work commences on world's first zero-subsidy offshore wind farm

Swedish utility Vattenfall commences work on offshore wind farm Hollandse Kust Zuid 1 & 2.

Work on establishing offshore wind farm Hollandse Kust Zuid 1 & 2 has begun, Vattenfall informs in a press statement.

Researchers actually began studying the facility site as early as February. Here, they were meant to conduct various surveys to map the ocean floor and pinpoint everything from explosives to shipwrecks.
