Elon Musk prompts concerns

While it might be true that "boring questions aren't cool", they are important for analysts. Analysts are therefore worried about Tesla CEO Elon Musk's refusal to address the "boring" questions.

The electric vehicle producer Tesla has seen losses for six consecutive quarters, and the company is relying on its liquid resources. That Tesla may at some point need to raise capital is therefore a big question posed by journalists and analysts on Wall Street. Tesla's equity share price was at  USD 284.45 on Thursday, however, as it was nearly USD 360 at the close of February, many at the time pointed out that issuing large amounts of new equity would have been smart.

That is, however, not one of Elon Musk's favorite topics to discuss. Analysts reacted to a telephone conference with Musk on Wednesday, remarking that Musk's behavior raises worries about the company.
