Dong executive: On the hunt for new US projects, ideally New York

Dong Energy will not be resting on its laurels in the United States, where the company is ready to pounce should interesting opportunities emerge.

Although Dong Energy has a lot of work to do on its current two large offshore wind projects in the US, the company has an appetite for expanding the pipeline further.

"If the right opportunities emerge, we are also ready to act on them. Right now, we have our hands full with major development projects with gigawatt potential, but we are constantly looking at new opportunities," says Dong Energy's General Manager for North America, Thomas Brostrøm, in an interview with Ritzau Finans in Anaheim, California.
