Dong Energy reached a settlement Thursday in the case against suppliers to the failed Hejre field, marking more than just the end of one troublesome venture.
The suppliers allegedly delivered a top part to the platform which was too heavy to be installed. Meanwhile, the settlement could also smooth the process of the announced divestment of the oil and gas division, set to take place by the end of this year.
