Ørsted closes joint venture deal with PGE in Poland

The agreement between the two utilities leaves each holding 50-percent interest in offshore wind farms Baltica 2 and 3.

Ørsted and PGE have now finalized their agreement to form a joint venture as presented in February, the Danish utility informs in a press statement Thursday.

The agreement leaves each utility with a half stake in two offshore wind farms, Baltica 2 and 3.
