Centrica's new management banks big on PPAs

In step with expiring state subsidy schemes, PPAs are becoming increasingly common. That much is clear for Centrica Energy Trading, which also eyes gains from coming electrolysis plants and hydrogen ventures.

This spring and summer have seen some big staff changes at Centrica Energy Trading, which dismissed more than 20 employees subsequently hired by newly founded trading rival Norlys.

On the other hand, this also gave the company the opportunity to shake up the bag a bit, which has resulted in, among other things, Kristian Gjerløv-Juel and Mandeep Bama assuming executive leadership.
