Norwegian utility chases business customers in several countries

Agder Energi, the Norwegian utility with the highest sales to business customers, is merging acquired companies in Germany and Sweden into a new business model aiming to expand in a number of European countries.

Norwegian utility Agder Energi is aiming to become a major electricity seller to commercial customers in a series of European countries  following several acquisitions in Germany and Sweden, reports Norwegian business daily Dagens Næringsliv.

Agder Energi, Norway's largest seller of electricity to businesses via subsidiary Los Energy, is merging four foreign energy trading companies with Los Energy under the name Entelios.
