630,000 UK electricity customers singed up to new contracts in October, show new figures from the British electricity sector's trade association, Energy UK.
3 percent more power customers have thereby changed provider relative to the same month last year. In the first nine months of 2018, almost 5 million – 4,917,486 – electricity consumers have changed providers, up six percent from the same point in 2017.
