Danish energy company Ørsted has now sold off the last remaining part of its expensive natural gas investments in the Netherlands. This occurs with the sale of its 50 percent ownership share in the gas-fired power plant Enecogen in Rotterdam in the Netherlands.
The buyer is the full share-owning subsidiary of Castleton Commodities International LLC (CCI). Ørsted informs that the sale is dependent upon customary conditions for completion, and the trade is expected to be finalized Q3 in 2018.
