Vattenfall to invest large sum in solar power

The Swedish energy company plans to increase the number of projects where wind farms supplement solar farms, says the CEO.

Vattenfall is betting big on solar power.

The Swedish utility will invest SEK 1 billion (EUR 99 million) in a large-scale solar power plant, states the CEO.
