Vattenfall returns to profit

Revenue at Vattenfall suffered a slight setback in 2017, but the Swedish company can present black numbers on the bottom line for the first time in five years.

After landing red figures in 2016, Vattenfall has been able to convert these to black for 2017.

This is despite the fact that revenue declined by SEK 4 billion (EUR 410 million) to SEK 135.2 billion.  EBIT landed at SEK 18.6 billion against SEK 1.3 billion the year prior.
