General Electric puts 670 UK energy jobs in danger

670 British jobs are in danger after US conglomerate General Electric has reviewed its power division, reports The Telegraph. The dismissals in the UK are part of a larger wave of planned job cutbacks.

Tuesday, General Electric announced that the dismissals are due to current challenges in energy production and a significant decline in orders.
