Engineering consultancy stalling after growth and acquisitions

Revenue and earnings are lagging behind ambitions for Danish engineering firm Envidan, which was acquired by capital fund Via Equity. Management expects to be able to amend the situation over the coming year.

In recent years, management at Danish supply and engineering firm Envidan has kept busy.

Danish capital fund Via Equity Partners bought into the group in 2015, and since then it has seen several acquisitions on Nordic focus markets, the launch of new divisions, and mergers of the group's companies. Unfortunately, these new activities have yet to show growth on the group's bottom line.
