The western region of the Balkans will soon be able to boast its largest wind farm. Tesla Wind has closed the financing for the EUR 300 million project, set to boast 158 MW, announces Masdar.
Tesla Wind is not affiliated with the electric car manufacturer, but is a joint venture owned 60 percent by Masdar and 40 percent by Cibuk Wind Holding. The farm is named Cibuk 1 and is located approximately 50 kilometers from the Serbian capital Beograde.
