Things could suddenly head downhill on the German market if German politicians fail to correct faulty legislation, warns Group Senior Vice President and President of Vestas Central Europe, Nils de Baar, in an interview with Danish media Børsen.
The problem arises, according to the Vestas exec, because the transition from a German subsidy system with a guaranteed minimum price for projects for free competition has led to favorable conditions for community wind farms known as "Bürgerparks".
