A wind turbine order for 100 MW is no small change, however it's usually not celebrated as a major deal. For China's Goldwind, however, a recent 100 MW order could prove to decisive for the company.
The Chinese wind turbine manufacturer has been striving to break out of China for years, but so far this endeavor has mainly just resulted in minor orders in neighboring countries, a single self-financed order in the US, and some small orders in Germany and South America.
