Danish service carrier lands first project under new ownership

Installation carrier A2Sea, recently divested by Dong and Siemens, will be installing transition pieces for its new owner.

A2Sea has been hired for a job on the German offshore wind farm Merkur, writes A2Sea in a statement.

The Danish-based service carrier will transport and install the 66 transition pieces (TP) to the corresponding number of GE turbines on the 396-MW project.
