Acquisition of Danish service carrier finalized

The offshore subsidiary of Siemens and Dong Energy has officially been sold to a Belgian firm.

Service carrier A2Sea has formally been folded into GeoSea, announces A2Sea. The relevant authorities have approved the Belgian acquisition of the carrier which has thus far been owned by a joint venture between Dong Energy and Siemens.
