Danish company nominated for major French offshore projects

A Danish engineering firm will help the French offshore wind market take off.

Danish engineering firm LIC has been nominated by French utility Engie to partner on two French offshore projects Noirmoutier and Le Tréport, each with 500 MW respectively, reports Recharge.

In the agreement, LIC will act as the primary advisor for the project group Les Eolienne en Mer and organize and select suppliers for engineering tasks, design, and installation of the large projects.
