Vestas lands contingent order in Mexico

Wind turbine manufacturer Vestas has entered a conditional deal with Zuma Energia in Mexico to supply turbines for a large-scale project of 443 MW.

Turbine manufacturer Vestas has entered a conditional deal with Zuma Energia in Mexico for the delivery of the V136-3.45 MW turbine for the Reynosa III project with total capacity of 443 MW.

The deal is not set and unconditional, however, it includes a 15-year service agreement of the AOM 5000 type, as well as installation and operationalization of the turbines, which will be delivered to the project in the Mexican state of Tamaulipas.
