Fire which struck MHI Vestas' biggest turbine will not affect customers

Vestas is working to find the source of the fire which destroyed the company's largest turbine this week. However, it has been established that customers will receive delivery on time of this turbine model.

Vestas customers awaiting the delivery of the largest turbine model need not be concerned after the prototype was struck by a fire,  MHI Vestas tells EnergyWatch.

A fire was reported to Danish police Friday evening at 8:22 pm (CET), while by Saturday morning the fire department had allowed the fire to burn out.
