Asia poised for major boom in renewable energy volumes

In 2026, Asia will have installed almost 805 GW of renewable energy, compared to 370 GW in 2016, estimates consultant firm BMI Research.

According to consultant agency BMI Research, the renewable energy capacity in Asia is set to more than double ahead of 2026, reports Recharge.

BMI Research projects that Asian volumes of renewable energy will rise from 370 GW in 2016 to almost 805 GW in 2026.
