Ruling on Robin Rigg wind farm underway

The British Supreme Court is expected to rule this Thursday in the appeal case regarding the offshore dispute between E.on and MT Højgaard.

The protracted dispute between E.on and MT Højgaard regarding the 174 MW Robin Rigg offshore wind farm in Scotland is expected to see a ruling from the British Supreme Court on Thursday Aug. 3, reports Renews.

The Danish firm designed, manufactured, and installed foundations for the offshore wind farm in the 2007-2009 period. Weaknesses were later found in the concrete components due to errors in the international standard at the time.
