The offshore wind market in Taiwan will soon get a new hub, according to the Taipei Times.
Energy company Taipower has rented a 12.8 hectare area in the Eastern country's third-largest city, Taichung, where the plan is to construct an offshore wind port made up of two yards, which will be used to assemble and mount turbines.
