Vestas has been awarded an order of 288 MW. By commissioning 80 of the V136-3.45 MW turbines for the Åskalen project in central Sweden, APG Group and Vasa Vind have ensured the Danish wind turbine manufacturer its largest Swedish order to date.
The turbines will be supplied with capacity optimized to 3.6 MW and the contract also includes a 20-year service deal, informs Vestas in a press release.
