After two months of consideration, Vattenfall has determined that the Swedish utility is not currently ready to bid on offshore wind projects with zero-subsidy bids, says the company's CEO Magnus Hall to Recharge.
"If you feel your own price expectations are covering your costs to the extent that you realize the investment, then of course you don’t need the subsidy, you can choose to say 'we don't need it'," he tells the media.
