TPI kicked off the year with a doubling of profits

Profits at blade manufacturer TPI skyrocketed in the first quarter.

Blade manufacturer TPI has had a strong start to the year, where its gross proceeds increased and profits doubled.

During the first three months of the year in 2017, TPI sent 636 wind turbine blades forth from its facilities. This has helped to secure a gross profit, which increased to USD 191 million from USD 176 million.
