Dong Energy has entered into an electricity acquisition agreement with UK energy company Good Energy. The UK company will buy 12 percent of the electricity produced on the 210 MW Siemens farm Westermost Rough, off the coast of UK city Hull, reveal the parties in a press release.
The agreement initially covers a 12 month period but Good Energy writes that this is "likely to be extended for the longer term as part of the wider co-operation between the two companies."
