Vestas nabs order in Austria

Wind turbine manufacturer Vestas has secured a tailored piece of the Austrian pie.

Vestas has won an order for 33 MW in eastern Austria.

The wind turbine manufacturer will deliver a total of 10 turbines, which will be a combination of V112 3.3 MW and V126 3.3 MW turbines for the project. While the V112 turbines have a hub height of 140 meters, the others have hubs of 137 meters. The customer is Evn Naturkraft.
