If a company wants to serve as supplier to the major players on the market, then it needs to have enough strength. This is the gist of the analysis at Jupiter Group, which announced a merger ThursdayS with competitor Bach Composites.
The two companies will have a combined revenue of around DKK 1 billion (EUR 134 million) with approximately 1,200 employees and the merger will be completed sometimes this year under a not-yet revealed name. The combined company will have production in Denmark, Poland, Lithuania, Spain, China, and the US.
