Suzlon wins 50 MW in India

Indian wind turbine manufacturer Suzlon has nabbed its third order this year in its homeland. An Indian energy company placed the order.

This year got off to a good start for Suzlon in its domestic market India. Now the company can boast of winning the first three public tenders for wind turbines, hosted by India in 2017.

First, Suzlon won an order for 105 MW on Jan. 6. This was followed by an order for 226.8 MW on Jan. 11. Now Suzlon confirms that the company has won yet another order in India – this time for 50.4 MW.
