General Electric presents revenue decline and expected result

Revenue dropped to USD 33 billion landing just below analyst expectations for the fourth quarter.

Major US conglomerate General Electric (GE) ended the fourth quarter 2016 with earnings in line with analyst expectations.

GE, which competes on the wind market with players including Denmark's Vestas, achieved a profit per share of USD 0.46, which is in line with projections from bank estimates, according to Bloomberg News.
