Gamesa lands 325 MW in Mexico

Spanish wind supplier Gamesa announces a solid order from Mexico, where a total of two new contracts have the potential to boost the company's installed capacity in the country over 2 GW.

Spanish turbine manufacturer Gamesa announces more good news from Mexico as the company has received two orders totaling 350 MW.

The first order is for 220 MW and will be delivered to the Mexican state Puebla in early 2018. The delivery will contain 84 of the company's 2.6 MW turbines. The other order concerns the smaller turbine type of 2.1 MW which will be installed in the wind farm Santiago Eólico in the state of Guanajuato. This order is for 50 turbines.
