Danish supplier lands major deal with Siemens

Fast-growing Danish wind service company Fairwind enters two-year framework agreement with wind turbine manufacturer Siemens for an estimated value of EUR 20 million.

The increase in orders continues for subcontractor Fairwind. The wind service company, based in the Danish city Vejle, has signed a two-year framework agreement with Siemens for an expected sum of more than EUR 20 million, writes Fairwind in a statement.

"In recent months FairWind has signed a massive amount of frame agreements, most of them with a duration of two years, and a guaranteed minimum of activities. With the latest agreement, signed with Siemens, FairWind already holds a very solid order-pipeline of more than 100 million euro in total for 2017 and 2018," the company writes in the statement.
