The UK's Green Investment Bank (GIB) is buying 75 percent of the 270 MW offshore wind farm Lincs. British energy company Centrica is selling its 50 percent stake in the farm, while Siemens, which has owned a fourth of the project via its Project Venture division, is also making divestments. Dong Energy is keeping its ownership stake of 25 percent and also taking over full operations and maintenance on the offshore wind farm.
