German turbine manufacturer Senvion has signed a firm framework agreement in India for the delivery of turbines with total capacity of more than 500 MW.
The deal was entered with one of India's largest independent utilities, according to the statement from Senvion, which established a subsidiary in India this February, while in August it announced the acquisition of assets in Indian turbine supplier Kenersys.
