Vestas to deliver China's tallest wind turbines

Titan and Vestas, in a closer partnership, will lead to two 137-meter high towers in an order for 80 MW in wind-poor Eastern China.

Vestas has announced an 80 MW Chinese order. The order is divided among 40 V110-2.0 MW turbines, which will be erected in the relatively wind-poor Eastern China. The order also includes a two-year service contract.

As high as 137 meters, these look set to be the highest turbines in China, reports the company.
