Danish Avanti Group has been bought by a company in the neighboring country of Sweden. This morning, Avanti was sold to industry group Alimak Group for a sum of EUR 91 million, reports Alimak Group.
Avanti Group, also known under the name Avanti Wind Systems, is headquartered in Denmark, but the company itself is spread across the globe with divisions in Brazil, Australia, Spain, the US, and China. The company employs a staff of about 380 people. The Danish part of the group made a gross profit in 2015 of EUR 94.68 million with a bottom line of EUR 3.3 million.
