German cable problems hit Dong's offshore wind farms

Cable connections to two German offshore wind farms, owned by Dong Energy among others, have broken. Reparations will take 20 weeks and owners could suffer significant losses despite compensation.

Dong Energy and several Danish pension funds have been hit by an unfortunate event in the ownership of two German wind farms – Gode Wind 1 and 2.
