Gamesa wins orders for more than 300 MW

Spanish wind turbine manufacturer Gamesa continues its campaign to dominate a growth market with a handful of new orders.

Once more, Gamesa has scored new orders from the Indian market. The Spanish wind turbine manufacturer has secured a handful of orders with a total capacity of 304 MW, according to a press release from Gamesa.

This highlights the Spanish company's market dominance in Asia's second-largest market. Last year, Gamesa delivered one in every three wind turbines to the growth market, and with a stream of new orders this year, their grip does not look set to loosen in 2016.
