NKT lifts top line, maintains guidance

The Danish cable manufacturer sees its order book shrink slightly in Q3 but can otherwise be pleased to note advancing on both revenue and operating result.

NKT had already indicated a favorable third quarter a little under a month back in announcing a full-year guidance upgrade.

Doing so could also be seen as a way to put a little extra pressure on the company's own shoulders being that the upward adjustment also rests upon performance in the year's second quarter, which saw NKT report its best operating result since 2017.
