A contributing factor to the elevated energy prices is lower wind conditions than normal in Europe during the third quarter, and despite wind developer OX2 not making earnings by generating power but providing the energy farms that do, the quiet months have apparently rubbed off.
In any case, the developer reports of a Q3 in which it's taken its foot slightly off the pedal.
