GE bags giant order in India

Delivery of the turbines – 300 units of GE's 2.7-132 model – is expected to commence at the start of Q2 2022.

US-based GE Renewable Energy has secured an enormous order for onshore wind turbines in India.

The contract involves turbines with a combined capacity of 810MW set for establishment by JSW Energy at various projects in Tamil Nadu, southern India.
