It may be that the recent ruling in General Electric's lawsuit against Siemens Gamesa brought the latter to a low point, but it hasn't reached zero yet.
Siemens Gamesa says as much upon Monday's report that the US International Trade Commission (ITC) had ruled in favor of GE in the manufacturer's patent infringement lawsuit, and the European wind turbine maker holds that the decision isn't entirely to its disadvantage.
