General Electric (GE) has won its first legal battle in the US in an attempt to block competitor Siemens Gamesa from the US wind turbine market following disagreements regarding patent infringement, reports Bloomberg Law.
Siemens Gamesa violates General Electric's patent rights in the way its wind turbines are connected to the US grid, rules Clark Cheney, judge with the US International Trade Commission.
