CIP makes green energy investment in India

The Danish investment fund plans to establish around 1.7GW in India, collaborating with a domestic company.

Danish investment fund Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) has committed to invest USD 100m in green energy.

The funds will be invested through the CIP New Markets Fund I, CI NMF, in collaboration with company Amp Energy India Private Limited. In total, this will mean investments of more than USD 200m.
