On this warm summer's day, A.P. Møller Holding has secured a cool foothold in the value chain for the green energy transition.

The holding company has now acquired Danish subsupplier to the wind industry Nissens Cooling Solutions (NCS) from private equity firm Axcel, the parties announce.
