NKT upgrades guidance upon strong developments

The Danish cable maker books a good half-year result and ups sales expectations.

Danish cable manufacturer NKT raises its full-year guidance following strong developments in the first half of 2021, which saw growth at both NKT itself and subsidiary NKT Photonics, reads a statement released on Friday containing preliminary Q2 figures.

NKT upgrades its revenue guidance for 2021 in standard metal prices to now lie in the upper end of the previously announced spread of EUR 1.1-1.2bn.
